Candidates bring eight years in life sciences, five in rare or specialty areas, and three years in specialty biopharma sales, plus GI/Hepatology experience; strong payer insights and patient-centric collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Eight years life-sciences experience, including at least five years in rare or specialty areas.
• At least three years in specialty biopharma sales.
• Ideal candidates have experience in GI and/or Hepatology.
• Proven track record for consistently meeting or exceeding quantitative and qualitative targets.
• Demonstrated understanding of the payer and clinical landscape, especially in specialty & rare diseases.

Responsabilités

• Achieve or exceed objectives for assigned brands, including sales and KPI targets.
• Navigate complex multi-stakeholder organizations including hospitals and healthcare communities.
• Manage geography and customer accounts with prioritization, call reporting, and resource use.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers in patients' best interests and Ipsen policies.
• Engage in in-depth conversations with physicians and healthcare professionals using approved resources and messages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer needs with urgency.
