Cook Children’s is seeking an experienced Clinical Risk Coordinator to lead the department’s risk management strategy and oversee risk-related initiatives. This role requires ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving patient safety improvements.

The position demands strong project leadership in a healthcare setting and proficiency with incident management tools, paired with advanced MS Office skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field from an accredited college or university.
• 5 years’ minimum experience in a healthcare setting.
• 2 years’ experience in healthcare risk management, accreditation, quality improvement or patient safety, including project management or leadership experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Must have expertise managing complex projects.
