Responsibilities

• Direct the organization’s clinical risk management program and set annual goals.
• Identify and mitigate emerging clinical risks and coordinate with senior leadership.
• Oversee incident reviews, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Clinical Services on risk issues and training.
• Prepare risk trend reports for Risk Council and executive leadership.
