Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressively responsible clinical experience.
• Minimum three years of leadership, supervision, quality improvement, risk management, compliance, or clinical operations experience.
• Experience conducting investigations, root cause analyses, or quality reviews preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the organization's clinical risk management program.
• Develop and implement annual clinical risk management goals and objectives.
• Identify emerging clinical risks and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop agency-wide risk reduction initiatives.
• Provide guidance and consultation regarding clinical risk issues.
