Northwestern University seeks a senior research coordinator to manage highly complex biomedical and behavioral studies in obstetrics & gynecology. You will oversee multi-site projects, budgets, and regulatory compliance, coordinating with investigators and sponsors to meet milestones.

The role involves data management, grant preparation, and potential co-authorship of publications while ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and internal policies.

Competenze

• Minimum 4-year bachelor’s degree in a social or health science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree in a related field may substitute for experience and provide advanced qualifications.
• Supervisory or project management experience is required.

Mansioni

• Provide complex scientific and technical leadership for research projects.
• Plan and implement protocols to support multiple studies and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, IRB/ FDA CFR, and ICH guidelines.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, resource planning and timelines.
• Co-author scientific papers and assist with grant submissions.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with PIs, nursing, and sponsors.
