Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator II to manage day‑to‑day coordination of NCTN trials and related studies. You will oversee screening, enrollment, data collection, and specimen handling across multiple disease programs.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge and excellent organization. Travel between Fred Hutch campuses and affiliated sites will be required as part of study operations. U.S. benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Two to three years’ experience in clinical research or cancer registry environment.
• Knowledge of clinical trials records, procedures, and data processing systems.
• Ability to synthesize study conduct.
• Preferred familiarity with NIH, FDA and OHRP regs.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily clinical operations of assigned studies per protocols and GCP guidelines.
• Develop and maintain study implementation tools and reference materials.
• Create and disseminate study‑related educational content for internal and external audiences.
• Coordinate patient enrollment, eligibility review, consent, and enrollment records.
• Schedule clinic visits and ensure protocol adherence and regulatory compliance.
• Support study activation, enrollment, conduct, and follow‑up across disease programs.
• Prepare monitoring visits and respond to queries from study monitors.
