The role coordinates the entire study lifecycle, from screening to close-out, and manages data, budgets, and staff involved in R01 trials.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree with five years of related experience; CRC/CCRP certification preferred. Onsite, regular shift, regular status, with opportunities for professional collaboration.

• Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
• Certified CRC or CCRP certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead coordinator with oversight to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate the study lifecycle from start-up through close-out.
• Coordinate and conduct all applicable clinical and administrative activities required by the protocol per GCP.
• Trains new coaches, re-trains current staff and leads monthly fidelity meetings.
• Recruit and screen management and implementation; develop recruitment sources for the R01 trial.
• Manage behavioral coaching and on-site clinic recruitment; oversee study supplies and equipment.
• Create vendor contracts; manage purchases and delivery of study supplies.
• Oversee study staff, data collection and fidelity checks; manage REDCap data and reporting to PI.
• Train staff in exercise testing procedures and consult with collaborators on protocol design.
