Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and five (5) years of related experience required.
• CCRC or CCRP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordinator overseeing staff to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate and manage study lifecycle from start-up through close-out.
• Coordinate screening, scheduling, consenting, assessments, and data collection per GCP.
• Train and manage coaches, recruit and screen participants for trials.
• Manage budgets, study supplies, and vendor contracts.
• Manage REDCap data and data quality assurance.
• Collaborate with PI and external partners on protocol design.
