Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; eight years of related experience.
• Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) or Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for administrative duties for industry and sponsored clinical research.
• Manage and supervise clinical research coordinators and staff across multiple trials.
• Prepare, submit, and maintain regulatory documentation (IRB submissions, amendments, continuing reviews).
• Lead study activation, site initiation, ongoing management, and closeout activities across protocols.
• Monitor progress to ensure adherence to protocols, timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop protocol-specific systems, study documentation, and training materials.
• Prepare and manage study budgets; collaborate with investigators and sponsors on finances.
• Provide mentorship and professional development for research staff.
