Northwestern University in Chicago hiring a Clinical Research Coordinator (non-therapeutic studies) to support regulatory compliance and data collection. You will coordinate schedules, assist in recruitment, screen participants, and perform administrative tasks under the direction of the Principal Investigator and senior staff.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and strong written/verbal communication with cultural sensitivity; experience working with patients in clinical settings is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant area of study required.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
• Experience working with patients and families in clinical settings preferred.
• Knowledge of biology or medicine gained through education or prior work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates non-therapeutic clinical research protocols with direction from PI and senior staff.
• Coordinates schedules and monitors research activities and subject preparation for minimal risk studies.
• Supports recruitment, screening, eligibility, enrollment, and data collection.
• Performs supportive administrative and regulatory duties related to the study.
• Recognizes adverse events and protocol deviations and reports as appropriate.
