Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program with 3 years of clinical practice or equivalent.
• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• CPR certification and completion of CITI and protocol training.
• Experience drawing blood and handling specimens, plus data entry and chart abstraction.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team within a research setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial study visits, verify eligibility, and perform study procedures.
• Recruit subjects, screen for eligibility, and coordinate visits.
• Maintain source documents and perform data entry, monitoring, and reconciliation.
• Review medical records for chart abstraction data.
• Coordinate study protocols, train staff, and foster relationships with departments.
• Conduct follow-up visits for maternal and pediatric evaluations and related procedures.
