Qualifications

• BS degree with 4-6 years of related research/clinical study experience; equivalent education accepted.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• Strong communication, independent and team work skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior clinical research coordinator for the NIH ECHO Program, independently managing complex protocol activities and participant follow-up with minimal supervision.
• Monitor participant retention, study adherence, and protocol compliance, implementing strategies to support engagement.
• Train and mentor research staff, ensuring standardized implementation of procedures and consortium requirements.
• Provide guidance on protocol implementation, data collection, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead quality assurance activities, data verification, and regulatory document management.
• Maintain study documentation and readiness for monitoring visits and audits.
• Collaborate with investigators and partners to address operational challenges and study execution.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and study workflows.
