Job summary

University of Pennsylvania seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator B in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology to manage study data, consent participants, and coordinate regulatory tasks. Work closely with the PI and study team to ensure study operations and adherence to SOPs.

The role involves data collection, IRB filings, and manuscript preparation, with opportunities for professional growth within the Perelman School of Medicine in Philadelphia.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science and 2–3 years of experience are required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Familiarity with EPIC and REDCap is preferred.

Responsibilities

Collect study data per protocol and abstract data from electronic health records.
Input data into electronic CRFs in EDC systems or study databases.
Coordinate regulatory paperwork, record adverse events, and prepare study documents.
Consent participants and confirm eligibility with Investigators.
Oversee study activities of research assistants and plan study implementation.
Assist with IRB filings, manuscripts, grants, and presentations as needed.
