Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in health or social sciences or equivalent.
  • 5 years’ experience coordinating studies, recruiting, and interviewing participants.
  • Ability to manage a complex project with minimal supervision.
  • Strong independence and responsibility for timely completion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and web-based tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and enrollment of study participants remotely and in person.
  • Coordinate surveys, data collection and management per protocols.
  • Maintain participant engagement and retention with professionalism.
  • Educate and instruct participants on consent, materials, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate data delivery with lab and study staff; ensure data integrity.
