Job summary

University of Pennsylvania is seeking a Clinical Research Nurse C in the Perelman School of Medicine for the Pregnancy and Perinatal Research Center in Philadelphia, PA. You will conduct state-of-the-art clinical trials, including consenting, screening, enrollment, and patient education on adverse effects.

Qualifications

• RN with Licensure in Pennsylvania without restriction or limitation.
• BSN preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in clinical research or related field.

Responsibilities

• Works with PI and study team to recruit, collect data, and manage data.
• Obtains informed consent and conducts study visits per protocol.
• Handles data management and timely data entry according to procedures.
• Performs vital signs, phlebotomy, and physical assessments as required.
• Participates in protocol training, meetings, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversees start-up activities for new studies and regulatory documentation.
• Provides coverage for other research nurses and coordinators as needed.
