Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) or Senior CRA in the United States to manage site delivery and monitoring activities. You will work with Local Study Teams to ensure study commitments are met, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive quality across monitoring, data management, and reporting processes.

The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with investigators and vendors.

Qualifications

Experience in site management and monitoring of clinical trials.
Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Fluent in English; proficient in local language(s) as applicable.
Ability to travel nationally/internationally as required.

Responsibilities

Manage allocated sites and ensure study delivery with local study team.
Monitor and oversee initiation, progression, and closure of sites in line with SOPs and ICH-GCP.
Train and support site staff, ensuring appropriate documentation and training.
Maintain site documents, CTMS updates, and drug accountability at the site.
Prepare monitoring visit reports and provide timely feedback to investigators.
