Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) / Senior CRA in the United States to manage site deliverables and monitor trial conduct in accordance with ICH-GCP and local regulations. You will coordinate with Local Study Teams, maintain CTMS data, and drive issue resolution to ensure study commitments are met on time.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of ICH-GCP and good knowledge of GMP/GDP.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple sites with attention to data quality and timelines.
• Experience in monitoring visits, data review, and trial documentation is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs monitoring visits (remote and onsite) and remote data checks per the Monitoring Plan.
• Updates CTMS and other systems with site data within required timelines.
• Ensures timely data query resolution and collaboration with data management.
• Collaborates with LST, LSAD, and cross-functional teams to support study delivery.
• Maintains site documentation and supports audits/regulatory inspections as needed.
