Job summary

Parexel FSP is seeking a CRA/Sr CRA in the US to oversee site delivery and act as main contact for study sites, ensuring timely and compliant monitoring.

Responsibilities include initiation, monitoring, closure of sites, training staff, updating CTMS, managing ISF and drug accountability, and collaborating with LSAD and LST to meet study commitments.

The role requires knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and strong communication; some travel within the national scope may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• Excellent knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor studies at assigned sites and ensure compliance with ICH-GCP.
• Perform monitoring visits and remote data checks per plan.
• Maintain CTMS and ISF documentation and site communications.
• Coordinate with LSAD and LST teams for start-up and regulatory maintenance.
• Prepare and finalize monitoring visit reports and follow-ups.
