Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) specialized in Ophthalmology to join our remote team in the United States. You will manage clinical sites from identification through closeout, ensuring study quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and accurate data.

You will conduct onsite monitoring activities where possible, build relationships with investigators, and support enrollment and study delivery while leveraging Parexel's technology and training to grow within clinical

Qualifications

• 18+ months of direct onsite monitoring experience as a CRA.
• Ophthalmology clinical trial monitoring experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in health-related field.
• Knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Experience using CTMS, EDMS, and MS Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualification visits, SIVs, MVs, and TVs at sites.
• Manage site quality and delivery from ID to closeout.
• Serve as primary site contact for study execution.
• Oversee study integrity and investigator relationships.
• Review trial performance and safeguard participant safety.
• Develop patient recruitment strategies with clinical sites.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, protocols and GCP.
• Evaluate data quality and regulatory documentation.
