Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to act as the primary site contact and site manager across all phases of a clinical study. You will ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and patient safety while coordinating with Investigators and sponsor teams.

The role requires strong site management, monitoring expertise, and the ability to work independently with multiple sites, including domestic and international travel up to 65–75% of time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of direct site management (monitoring) experience in bio/pharma/CRO.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with strong emphasis in science and/or biology.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary site contact and site manager throughout all phases of a clinical research study.
• Gains an in-depth understanding of the study protocol and related procedures.
• Coordinates & manages tasks with sponsor roles to achieve Site Ready.
• Performs remote and on-site monitoring using various tools to ensure data accuracy and participant safety.
• Communicates with Investigators and site staff on protocol conduct, recruitment, retention, regulatory documentation, and site performance.
• Identifies and resolves site performance, quality or compliance issues and escalates as needed.
