Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA/Sr CRA) in the United States. The role involves site management, monitoring visits (remote and onsite), handling regulatory submissions, training investigators, and ensuring ICH-GCP compliance across study sites.

You will work with the Local Study Team to drive study progress and quality, and maintain required study documentation throughout the trial lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of international guidelines ICH-GCP and local regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally/internationally.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site performance and ensure study compliance.
• Train and support investigators and site staff.
• Manage CTMS data updates and ISF/drug accountability.
• Prepare monitoring visit reports and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Local Study Team and LSAD.
