Job summary

Parexel is looking for a CRA/Sr CRA in the United States to oversee clinical site delivery, initiate and monitor studies, and ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and local regulations. You will be the main contact at sites and collaborate with local study teams to achieve study commitments.

The role requires traveling to sites, training investigators and staff, maintaining CTMS data, and ensuring timely reporting of events. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
• Excellent knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulations.
• Willingness to travel nationally/internationally.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage study sites in accordance with the Monitoring Plan.
• Prepare, initiate, monitor, and close sites and ensure timely data delivery.
• Train and advise site staff on study-related matters, including ICH-GCP.
• Maintain accurate CTMS data, site correspondence, and site quality/performance.
• Escalate quality issues and collaborate with the LST and LSAD as needed.
