Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) / Sr CRA in the United States to monitor clinical sites, ensure protocol compliance and data integrity. The CRA collaborates with Local Study Teams to manage start-up, ongoing monitoring, and study close-out activities across assigned sites.

The role emphasizes ICH-GCP compliance, risk-based monitoring, and timely communication with investigators, LSADs, and data management to deliver study commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science or related field.
• Excellent knowledge of ICH-GCP and global regulations.
• Able to travel nationally/internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage site monitoring visits (remote and onsite) per the Monitoring Plan.
• Prepare, initiate, monitor and close study sites with ISF, CTMS updates.
• Ensure timely reporting of SAEs and site performance feedback to investigators.
• Train site staff on study procedures and risk-based quality management.
