Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA/Sr CRA) in the United States to oversee site delivery, data integrity, and regulatory compliance across assigned sites. You will work with the Local Study Team to initiate, monitor, and close studies, ensuring adherence to ICH-GCP and client procedures.

The role emphasizes collaboration with investigators, timely site performance, and quality management in a dynamic, global clinical trials environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of ICH-GCP, GMP/GDP.
• Good knowledge of local regulations.
• Good medical knowledge and ability to learn Client Therapeutic Areas.
• Understanding of the drug development process.
• Understanding of Clinical Study Management including monitoring, drug handling and data management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage study sites per Monitoring Plan and CTMS updates.
• Train and support investigators and site staff on study procedures.
• Ensure site staff training and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare, initiate, monitor and close sites for studies.
• Ensure timely reporting of Serious Adverse Events and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Local Study Team and LSAD for study execution.
