Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA/Sr CRA) in the United States to oversee monitoring activities at allocated sites, ensuring trials are conducted per ICH-GCP and sponsor standards.

You will collaborate with local study teams, manage site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closure, and maintain CTMS and ISF documentation. Strong attention to detail, English proficiency, and ability to travel nationally are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, preferably in life science.
• Excellent knowledge of ICH-GCP, basic GMP/GDP knowledge.
• Good knowledge of relevant local regulations.
• Good medical knowledge and ability to learn Client Therapeutic Areas.
• Basic understanding of the drug development process.
• Good understanding of Clinical Study Management including monitoring, study drug handling and data management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage study sites to ensure compliance with protocol and timelines.
• Train and support investigators and site staff on study procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation, CTMS updates, and data quality.
• Prepare monitoring visit reports and provide timely feedback to the Principal Investigator.
