Job summary

Telix Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Project Manager to lead global late‑phase trials in oncology and radiopharmaceuticals. You will oversee trial processes from protocol to closeout, manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships, and mentor CPMs.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams across regions, ensure GCP/regulatory compliance, and help develop study documents and SOPs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Clinical Trial Project Management.
• Experience with late phase clinical trials (Phase 3-4) and oncology/radiopharmaceuticals preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of ICH GCP and regulatory processes.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office; experienced in electronic record-keeping environments.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage all aspects of the trial process from protocol finalization through study closeout.
• Forecast and identify opportunities to accelerate activities and manage budgets/resources.
• Develop integrated study management plans with the core project team.
• Develop and maintain study-related documents such as study protocol, informed consent, and clinical manuals, implementing quality standards.
• Monitor all work by external partners to ensure quality, timelines, and budget.
• Ensure effective project plans are in place and aligned with SOPs.
• Proactively manage risks and lead problem solving.
• Support development and maintenance of clinical SOPs and trial processes.
• Develop delivery strategy for RFPs and lead bid defense preparations.
• Manage complex multinational, multi-center clinical research projects.
• Develop patient recruitment strategies.
• Conduct contract and budget negotiations with sites and vendors.
• Communicate trial status, issues, and mitigations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Train study team members and mentor CPMs.
• Work independently with limited supervision.
• Represent clinical operations at conferences.

Education

Bachelor's degree in life sciences

PMP certification preferred
