Job summary

Telix Pharmaceuticals seeks a Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead national and global trials from protocol through study report, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and risk management across multi-country sites.

The role requires a life sciences degree, 5+ years in clinical trial project management, experience with late-phase oncology or radiopharmaceuticals, and excellent communication. Travel ~10% with cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences required; PMP preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Clinical Trial Project Management.
• Experience with late phase trials (Phase 3-4), oncology or radiopharmaceuticals preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and problem-solving skills under timelines.
• Team-oriented with experience leading global trials and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP and regulatory processes; strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively managing all aspects of trial processes including vendor selection, site feasibility, timelines, budgets, resources and relationships.
• Develop integrated study management plans and quality standards for studies.
• Monitor external partner performance to ensure quality and adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Lead risk management and problem-solving efforts; mentor CPMs and train study teams.
• Develop recruitment strategies and conduct contract/budget negotiations with sites and vendors.
• Communicate trial status and mitigations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders; present at conferences when needed.
