Job summary

Telix Pharmaceuticals is a dynamic radiopharmaceutical company with a global footprint. The ADCO role leads operational planning and execution of clinical studies, ensuring adherence to GCP/ICH guidelines, budgets, and timelines.

You will collaborate with Clinical, Data Management, Medical Writing, Biostatistics, and Regulatory teams, while managing CROs and vendor relationships to deliver on ambitious cancer and rare-disease programs.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage global clinical trial programs from planning to close-out.
• Oversee CRO/vendor management, budgeting, and KPI development.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cost, quality and timelines.
• Mentor junior staff and drive team performance and development.
• Ensure TMF setup, maintenance, and inspection readiness.
