Telix Pharmaceuticals in the United States is seeking an Associate Director/ADCO to lead global clinical development programs. You will oversee study planning, partner management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely, high-quality trials across oncology and radiopharmaceuticals.

This role emphasizes budget stewardship, KPI development, risk mitigation, and leadership of a clinical operations team.

Formación

• Proven leadership and line management experience in clinical operations.
• Strong experience with CRO/vendor management and budgets.
• Experience designing study plans and budgeting with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee global clinical trials from planning to close-out, ensuring timelines and quality.
• Lead CRO/vendor selection, management and performance metrics (KPIs).
• Develop contingency plans and manage study budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Data Management, Medical Writing and PM teams.
• Mentor junior staff and drive performance and development.
