Stryker is hiring a Senior Clinical Project Manager for the Joint Replacement division. This hybrid role is based in Mahwah, NJ, and involves leading clinical projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving technology implementations to improve processes and compliance.

You will manage multiple projects, ensure milestones and budgets are met, and maintain inspection-ready documentation throughout the lifecycle in a regulated device/pharma setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or health care field required.
• Minimum 6 years in clinical affairs/clinical operations or clinical project management.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through closeout within budget and timeline.
• Develop and maintain project plans, forecasts, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive implementation of clinical research technology platforms and workflows.
• Collaborate with business, quality, IT, and vendor teams to design scalable solutions.
• Facilitate testing, training, change management, and post-implementation support.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and user experience.
• Establish governance, provide leadership updates and metrics on adoption.
• Maintain compliant documentation for validation, audits, and regulatory purposes.
