Required 6+ years in clinical affairs/operations or project management within devices or pharma, plus PMP/Agile/Six Sigma certification. Travel ~10% and responsibility for compliant documentation and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science/healthcare required.
• 6+ years in clinical affairs/operations or project management in devices/pharma.
• Experience leading cross-functional process/IT projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Experience with clinical tech platforms (TMS/EDC/eTMF/eCOA).
• Knowledge of clinical research regulations, ISO 14155.
• PMI PMP, Agile, Six Sigma or similar certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through closeout.
• Develop and maintain plans, forecasts, and risk mitigation.
• Drive adoption of clinical research technology platforms.
• Collaborate with business, QA, IT, and vendors on scalable solutions.
• Coordinate UAT, training, and change management activities.
• Identify efficiency improvements and standardize processes.
• Establish governance, report metrics, and monitor adoption.
• Ensure compliant, inspection-ready documentation and audits.
