Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Project Manager for an inflammation program. This sponsor-dedicated, remote-us role leads end-to-end trial execution from start-up through closeout, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure milestones are met in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will manage day-to-day operations, maintain timelines and risk management, and drive accountable execution while mentoring junior staff in a matrixed global setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical project management experience in clinical research.
• Experience running trials from start-up through closeout.
• Experience supporting complex Phase 2b studies in inflammation.
• Strong CRO/vendor management and oversight experience.
• Proven ability to independently drive study execution in fast-paced environments.
• Experience collaborating across matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of a Phase 2b inflammation study from start-up to closeout.
• Independently manage day-to-day study operations with minimal oversight.
• Own timelines, deliverables, risks, and issues across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain deep operational awareness across all aspects of the trial and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify risks and implement solutions quickly.
• Draft, review and coordinate essential study documents and reports.
