Job summary

Allucent is seeking a Project Manager II to lead the delivery of complex clinical trials from start-up to closeout. You will oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring studies stay on track, within budget, and compliant with GCP and regulatory requirements.

You will be the primary liaison for sponsors, vendors, and internal stakeholders across global studies. The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, risk mitigation, and operational excellence to deliver high-quality programs that meet client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science, healthcare and/or business.
• 6+ years in drug development or clinical research.
• 1+ year in project management as a clinical project manager.
• Experience with Infectious Disease, Immunology & Inflammation, Cell & Gene Therapy, and Neurology programs.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP(R2) and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver trials on time, within scope and budget.
• Develop and execute project plans aligned with GCP and regulatory standards.
• Serve as the main contact for sponsors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage vendor performance and oversee timelines and budgets.
• Maintain inspection-ready Trial Master File and study documentation.
