Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a Clinical Project Manager II to oversee planning, execution, and finalization of clinical trial projects in line with timelines, budget, and scope. You will serve as the main liaison among the project team, vendors, and sponsor representatives across low to high complexity trials.

The role covers planning, setup, execution, and closure phases, with responsibilities in document management, budget monitoring, vendor coordination, and regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or clinical research industry.
• 3+ years of experience in project management capacity or equivalent experience with demonstrated competence in managing project management activities.
• Demonstrated experience in managing low to moderate complexity trials.
• Experience with Good Clinical Practices, ICH, and local regulations pertaining to clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the initial planning during the cost proposal phase and may participate in the bid-defense meeting for clinical trials.
• Acts as primary point of contact for sponsor considerations and ensures sponsor interests are met within contractual and regulatory stipulations.
• Delegates work to assigned study team and monitors progress to ensure deliverables are met.
• Develops Project Management Plan and study management plans.
• Coordinates budget control activities such as revising budget for changes and tracks costs against budget.
