• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, public health, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in clinical trial management or operations.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and applicable regulatory frameworks (FDA/EMA).
• Experience with CTMS and EDC systems; budget and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage trial timelines, budgets, and risk plans.
• Coordinate start-up, enrollment, monitoring, and close-out across sites.
• Serve as liaison between sponsors, CROs, investigators, and internal teams.
• Ensure TMF readiness and regulatory compliance throughout the trial lifecycle.
