Job summary

Allucent is seeking a Project Manager II to lead global clinical trials from startup through delivery. You will manage cross-functional teams, ensuring studies stay on track, on budget, and compliant with GCP and regulatory standards, while communicating with sponsors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years in drug development or clinical research and a proven track record of delivering high-quality programs in Infectious Disease, Immunology & Inflammation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare or business fields required.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience, including drug development and/or clinical research.
• At least 1 year of project management experience as a clinical PM.
• Strong expertise managing Infectious Disease, Immunology & Inflammation, Cell & Gene Therapy, and Neurology programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver clinical trials on time, within scope and budget.
• Develop and execute project plans aligned with GCP, SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Serve as primary contact for sponsors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Optimize vendor performance through strategic oversight and management.
• Mitigate risks and control budgets; manage scope changes and resources.
• Maintain inspection-ready documentation including Trial Master File and study records.
