Job summary

Allucent is seeking a Project Manager II to lead global, oncology-focused clinical trials from start-up through delivery. You will oversee cross-functional teams, ensure adherence to GCP and regulatory standards, and serve as the main liaison for sponsors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes proactive risk management, budget control, and quality delivery, with the opportunity for remote/hybrid work depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science, healthcare, or business.
• 6+ years of experience in drug development or clinical research.
• 1+ year of project management experience as a clinical project manager.
• Experience managing Oncology programs and global study execution.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP(R2), data privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver clinical trials on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Develop and execute project plans aligned with GCP, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
• Serve as primary contact for sponsors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Optimize vendor performance through strategic selection and oversight.
• Mitigate risks and control budgets while ensuring inspection-ready documentation.
