Job summary

Allucent in the United States seeks a Project Manager II to lead global clinical trials from start-up to delivery, guiding cross-functional teams, sponsors, and vendors to meet scope, timeline, and budget while upholding GCP standards.

This role focuses on Infectious Disease, Immunology & Inflammation, Cell & Gene Therapy, and Neurology programs, requiring strategic and execution-focused leadership and a commitment to quality and compliance across study sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science, healthcare or business.
• 6+ years of drug development or clinical research experience.
• 1+ year of clinical project management experience.
• Experience managing Infectious Disease, Immunology & Inflammation, Cell & Gene Therapy, and Neurology programs.
• Expert knowledge of ICH-GCP(R2) and regulatory requirements.
• Strong financial, administrative and analytical skills.
• Experience across Start-up to Close-out lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver trials on time, within scope and budget.
• Develop and execute project plans aligned with GCP and regulatory standards.
• Serve as primary point of contact for sponsors, vendors and internal teams.
• Optimize vendor performance through management and oversight.
• Mitigate risks and manage budgets with proactive problem solving.
• Maintain inspection-ready documentation and Trial Master File completeness.
