UBC is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Research Manager with 5+ years of global trial management in CRO settings and observational study experience. Oncology experience is preferred. This role is fully remote or home-based within the USA, supporting RWE/non-interventional late-stage programs.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage sponsor communications, budgets, timelines, and audits, ensuring delivery of milestones and compliant study conduct.

Formación

• BA/BS degree and minimum 5 years PM experience at CRO.
• Excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (GCP, ICH).
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary sponsor contact for all study-related items and oversee all aspects from start-up to close-out.
• Execute operational aspects of project activities and special projects.
• Assist in the development and design of protocols, CRFs, regulatory documents, and master files.
• Develop and monitor operational plans, communication and training plans, study timelines and compliance plans.
• Facilitate investigator meetings and assist in budget negotiations as required.
• Supervise PMs and other team members; report project progress to Sponsor.
