Job summary

United Biosource Corporation (UBC) is seeking a Sr. Clinical Project Research Manager for Oncology Phase 3 to lead project teams and deliver milestones. This remote US role focuses on study start-up through close-out with strong sponsor interaction and budget oversight.

You will supervise PMs, manage multiple global sites, and ensure compliance with GCP/ICH while driving process improvements and client communications. Adept at audits and proposal prep, you’ll help shape trial success.

Qualifications

• BA Degree or minimum 5 years of direct project management experience at a CRO or proven leadership/management experience.
• Excellent supervisory skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with strong regulatory knowledge (GCP, ICH).
• Willingness to travel ~10% and manage sponsors and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary sponsor contact for study items and oversee conduct from start-up to close-out.
• Execute operational aspects of project activities and special projects.
• Assist in protocol/CRF design and in regulatory documents and master file preparation.
• Develop and monitor communication plans, monitoring plans, and study timelines.
• Lead investigator meetings, recruit investigators, and assist in budget negotiations.
