Job summary

Pacific Clinics in California seeks a senior program leader to oversee multiple clinical programs, staff and operations, ensuring effective, culturally competent services. You will collaborate with the Executive Director on agency initiatives and CQI efforts, while overseeing design, budgeting, and contract compliance.

Interfacing with external partners and payors, you will drive quality improvements, develop proposals, and mentor CPMs and supervisors to strengthen outcomes and accountability.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree and five or more years direct clinical experience, with supervisory experience.
• Three years in adult and children's mental health and three years of clinical supervisory experience.
• California licensure as LCSW, LMFT, Ph.D. or other required licensure based on agency needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the management of programs, assessing strengths and needs for improvement.
• Develops and manages the program budget, assesses opportunities for growth and funding resources.
• Promotes Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and leads CQI forums and teams as needed.
• Trains and coordinates training for systems change, supporting staff development.
• Facilitates integration of best practices across agency programs and support teams.
• Represents the agency to internal and external stakeholders.
