Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, coordinates and administers the Medical Case Management Program at UF CARES.
• Directs Ryan White inpatient/outpatient case management and social services.
• Oversees staff allocation and ensures timely, effective services.
• Maintains compliance with funding sources and reports as required.
