The University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville is seeking a Clinical Programs Coordinator II to join its pediatric team in Jacksonville, FL. Based at the Jacksonville Campus, the role supports victims of child abuse and neglect by coordinating services with a multidisciplinary team.

You will interview children and families, participate in intake, medical exams, and follow-ups, and be part of on-call rotations including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Function as a member of a multidisciplinary team organized to provide and coordinate services for victims of child abuse and neglect and their families.
• Interviews children, family members and significant others as needed to obtain medical and psychosocial information.
• Completes assessments and sends reports to the protective investigators within required time frames; maintains client records per DOH/VOCA Florida statutes.
• Arranges and conducts team staffing and participates in development of recommendations.
• Hosts, organizes, leads, and summarizes staffing, coordinates client services and referrals.
• Participates in community involvement, trainings, task forces, staffing, and separate reporting.
• Provides depositions and court testimony as required; conducts trainings for the community.
