Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Time-limited position. Time limited positions are based on circumstances, such as funding sources, which control the length of time for which the position is available.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and submits monthly data reports and quarterly logs per contract requirements.
• Reviews community therapist monthly workbooks and billing; submits VOCA invoicing to Finance.
• Functions as the Records custodian; retains client records and retrieves them as needed.
• Assists with intake documentation to obtain demographic and clinical information for pending clients.
• Onboards community and UF therapists and coordinates client services in house and via referrals.
• Organizes regular team meetings; distributes agendas and notes.
• Serves as EMR subject matter expert and trains staff on notes and reporting functions.
