Job summary

SuperCare Health is seeking a Field Respiratory Lead to support Area Managers with clinical leadership, training compliance, and high-quality respiratory care delivery in their region. You will supervise competency assessments, deploy RT2 trainers, conduct bi-weekly huddles, lead quality reviews, and design training programs while collaborating with telehealth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Care Practitioner license in each state of practice.
• RRT or CRT credential required.
• Experience as a Respiratory Therapist in field-based or home care setting.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Independent judgment and leadership by influence.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Patient-focused mindset with desire to support others.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to support Area Managers in maintaining respiratory therapy competency, quality, and compliance across assigned field teams.
• Support enterprise-wide clinical initiatives, telehealth programs, training strategies, workflow optimization, and standardization of best practices.
• Lead competency assessments and clinical validations.
• Deploy RT2/Trainers for education and onboarding, aligning with current clinical practices.
• Conduct bi-weekly RT2 Huddles to align on initiatives and relay frontline feedback.
• Perform weekly quality check-and-balance reviews and coach peers and leadership.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for internal staff and external partners.
• Participate in enterprise and regional clinical initiatives and process improvements.
• Serve as a clinical resource for telehealth support and workflow design.
