Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience as an Advanced Practice Provider.
• At least one year of team lead or supervisory experience in healthcare management.

Responsibilities

• 60% direct clinical care + 40% administrative oversight.
• Provide APP coverage at locations beyond the home clinic as needed.
• Onboard new locations to provide coverage when needed.
• Lead clinical leadership, quality and compliance oversight.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive clinical and operational excellence.
• APP recruitment, onboarding, and on-site ongoing training and development.
• Audit clinical care, quality improvements, and charting compliance.
• Audit coding and billing and oversee improvements including training.
• Optimize Epic workflows and ensure adherence to clinical guidelines.
• Oversee patient and client experience improvements (shared with Director of Operations).
