Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed PGY2 residency with 1 year of specialty practice or PGY1 with 3 years, or 5 years in a specialty area.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active practice in a specialized or focused area.
• Develop and implement clinical programs and MTM initiatives.
• Precept pharmacy students and residents during rotations.
• Document clinical interventions in the EHR with timely notes.
