Job summary

Planned Parenthood of Tennessee and North Mississippi (PPTNM) is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Operations to partner with the Chief Clinical Officer and coordinate clinical operations across Memphis, Nashville, and other health centers.

The role emphasizes patient experience, quality risk management, staffing, training, and EPIC reporting, with responsibilities across facilities and site reviews. 5+ years in healthcare operations preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in healthcare operations or related role.
• Experience supporting multi-site health center operations and staff coordination.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, training and operational coordination.
• Experience using electronic health records and supporting clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support coordination of clinical operations across health centers.
• Provide first-line operational guidance to Clinic Managers and address emerging needs.
• Monitor health center performance, patient experience, QC and QRM activities.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and operational dashboards for site performance.
• Coordinate EPIC workflows, reporting, and system updates with technical resources.
• Support facilities coordination and site readiness across locations.
• Lead onboarding and training efforts for Health Care Services staff.
