Planned Parenthood of Tennessee and North Mississippi (PPTNM) is seeking a Sr. Manager, Clinical Operations in Memphis or Nashville with multi-site travel.

You will serve as the operational partner to the Chief Clinical Officer, guiding clinical operations across health centers, supporting clinic managers, and driving patient experience, quality, and program standards. You will also oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, EPIC-related workflows and reporting, and facility coordination to

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in healthcare administration, business, public health, nursing, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in healthcare operations or related administrative role.
• Experience supporting clinical operations or multi-site healthcare teams.
• Experience with staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and operational coordination.
• EPIC experience strongly preferred; supervisory or clinic manager experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as operational partner to the CCO, coordinating clinical operations priorities across health centers.
• Provide first-line operational guidance to Clinic Managers and address routine questions and challenges.
• Coordinate follow-up on escalations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of health care services staff.
• Develop and maintain operational reports and KPIs to monitor site performance.
• Assist with EPIC workflows, reporting, and system updates.
• Coordinate facility needs and maintain health center standards.
• Maintain regular communication with the CCO regarding priorities and performance.
