Job summary

Planned Parenthood of Tennessee and North Mississippi (PPTNM) is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Operations to act as an operational partner to the Chief Clinical Officer. The role supports coordination of clinical operations across Memphis, Nashville, and other health centers, with travel as needed.

Responsibilities include supervising Clinic Managers, overseeing EPIC workflows, and driving improvements in patient experience, quality control, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and relevant healthcare operations experience may be considered.
• Five+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, outpatient practice management, or related healthcare administrative role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational partner to CCO, supporting coordination of clinical operations across health centers.
• Provide first-line operational guidance and support to Clinic Managers.
• Act as initial contact for operational escalations and coordinate follow-up with appropriate departments.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of health care services staff and supervisors.
• Assist with EPIC workflows, reporting, and system-related questions.
• Monitor health center performance, patient experience, QC, and QRM activities.
• Develop and maintain health center KPIs and dashboards.
• Coordinate site reviews and follow-up actions for identified concerns.
• Ensure consistent operational practices across locations.
